We will be running a NPLQ course on the following dates: Saturday 28th May to Wednesday 1st June with the exam being held on Saturday 4th June (subject to change). A 100% attendance is required to complete the course.
We do have free spaces available on this course, in return for a commitment to work for BPL.
Location: Barnsley Sites (Barnsley Metrodome, Your Space Dearneside, Your Space Hoyland & Your Space Royston)
Hours of Work: Casual “as & when required” hours per week
Salary: The rate of pay will be up to £9.50 per hour depending on age

Details of duties and responsibilities:
protect the safety, comfort and well being of pool customers. This includes the day-to-day
supervision of swimmers and operation of emergency and rescue procedures as required.
entertainment and satisfaction of customers is maintained at all times.
with both legal and BPL requirements as applicable to premises, equipment, other staff and customers.
including cleaning of changing rooms and toilets.
including wearing of corporate leisure wear and safety equipment.
Department based on HSE recommendations.
And any other duties commensurate with the grade and falling within the scope of the post, as requested by Management.
