Job Title- Housing Advisor
Location- Barnsley
Pay rate- length- 3 months minimum
Are you a strong customer focused individual who is able to take a sympathetic approach to your work? Do you have strong knowledge of both housing and homeless leglisation?
If so, then our client have a great long term contract for you!
Our client is looking for a housing advisor who will;
-Provide a customer facing service dealing with aspects of homelessness, including rough sleeping, family breakdown and addictions
-Manage a large caseload of inidividual service users
-Use existing knowledge to improve the service and provide reccomendations
This role is classed as hybrid- with casework days being homebased and duty work/front facing customer service being office based.
