Customer Service Manager
 
Job Summary
This role is an interesting and varied customer service role working for an international client who are currently undergoing a period of expansion.
 
Job Role
You will manage a small team who in turn support the organisation`s customers.  The customers are varied and will continue to present the team with a variety of challenges and opportunities. This role is purely focused on delivering a first-class service and ensuring that actions are followed through. Your leadership skills will be vital as you coach and mentor the team to upskill their existing skills.
  
 
Required Skills and Experience
The key skill needed for this role is an ability of offer customer service to a variety of clients combined with leadership experience.
You may currently be managing a team in retail, hospitality or in contact centres or you may be looking for a complete career change however can demonstrate leadership and excellent customer service skills.
Training will be given if you can demonstrate an understanding of delivering first-class customer service.  You will need to have a good command of basic IT packages e.g., MS Office.
