Job Summary
This role is an interesting and varied customer service management role working for an international service provider that offers work space solutions to a wide range of clients from sole traders to FTSE 100 companies and this service offering spans across the world.
In this role you will be fundamental to ensuring these offices run like clockwork.
This is full-time Monday-Friday position which would be based on-site in Trafford Park. 

Job Role
You will be responsible for the offices and their commercial performance.
You will manage a small team who in turn support the professionals using the office space. Paramount to all tasks is that the offering includes first class customer service delivery.
The roles and functions you will manage will include:
Reception duties
Line management
Administration support
Facilities management
IT Support
This is just a small list of the variety of services the offices offer. Your role will also include training and development.  
 
Required Skills and Experience
The key skill needed for this role is an ability of offer customer service to a variety of clients combined with leadership experience.
You may currently be managing a team in retail, hospitality or in contact centres or you may be looking for a complete career change however can demonstrate leadership and customer service skills.
Training will be given if you can demonstrate an understanding of delivering first-class You will need to have a good command of basic IT packages e.g., MS Office.
