My client is a manufacturing company in the Manufacturing sector who has recently had a huge uplift in production. Due to recent changes they require an experienced Maintenance Manager. This site has also undergone recent investment which means there is commissioning and project work to get stuck into and a good mixture of new and old machinery. You will benefit from working for this large Blue Chip Manufacturing company that can offer a long term career whilst working in a redundant proof industry. The Maintenance Manager will need to have experience managing a team of multi-skilled engineers, been involved in projects, CI etc. This is a great opportunity for a current Team Leader/ supervisor looking to take the next step up in the their career, or a current maintenance manager looking for a new challenge.
Skilled required for Maintenance Manager:
- Experience managing a team of maintenance engineers
- Open to Background- Forces, Recycling, Brick ,Manufacturing, Distribution etc
- Previous experience in planned and reactive Maintenance
- Invvoled with Projects, change management, CMMS Systems, Training and development, Recruitment
- Engineering Qualification
