Outsourcing Delivery Analyst Our Team:

The Agent Services Team specializes in providing syndicated loan agents with administrative outsourcing services. Agent Services performs work on behalf of our global customer base to help facilitate the tracking of global and individual lender positions for multi-million-dollar bank loans.

Your Role:

The Agent Services Analyst is responsible for maintaining data in WSO Agent in a timely and accurate manner, and to provide excellent customer service and Administrative Agent services to our growing client base while adhering to strict deadlines and SLA requirements. The position offers exposure to external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians, agent banks, issuers, and lending entities.

Duties & accountabilities

  • Analyse credit agreements and amendment documentation and other documentation as determined by deal
  • Set up new Lenders, Borrowers, Bank Deals and Assets in WSO Agent – Maintain details; update administrative details information (wire instructions, contacts, etc.) in WSO Agent – including getting approvals from all Clients who have that Lender in their deals.
  • Process Change Allocations based on documentation provided by client, review admin details and tax forms
  • At client direction, enter all activity to maintain assets in WSO Agent
  • Distribute payment notices
  • On-boarding of new Agent clients
  • QC other team members work
  • Reporting – run and manipulate standard reports; create new reports; work with consulting team to scope custom reports
  • Special projects, as needed
  • Interaction with Web front end, MarkitClear, MEI’s and WSO Data
  • Education and Experience

  • BA or BS in Accounting or Finance
  • Commercial awareness and knowledge of par and distressed loans
  • Knowledge of simple interest calculations
  • Ability to read and interpret credit agreements
  • Experience with daily loan transactions
  • Exposure to ClearPar/Markit WSO/Debt Domain systems a plus
