Within your role, you will be helping support highly reputable organisations across various residential homes for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, mental health, autism, and other additional needs.
Personal Care & Meds training is particularly desirable.

The Role : Hosusing/Support Co-ordinator, shifts : M-F 8am-10pm / Sat 10am-6pm / Sun 11am-7pm

“We aim to provide stable temporary accommodation to vulnerable single young men and women aged sixteen plus, who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, and who have a housing need. The aim of the service is to provide a period of stability and to enable the customer to work towards a level of independent living with the aim of achieving greater independence. The service aims to provide quality housing related support in a positive and safe environment with skilled and experienced staff
“Lone working is expected at times so a strong awareness of Professional Boundaries and Personal Safety is a must
“No 2 days will be the same so a flexible approach is essential!
“This is a waking nights role on a 2 week rota pattern.

To work with us, you will need:
” 6 months paid, hands-on experience or recently undertaken training
” To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users
” Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
” Desirable: DBS on the update service
