We are looking for an Operations Support Advisor to join us ona full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a basic salary of £19,305 + productivity related bonus (typically on average, £300 per month) .

Your benefits as our Operations Support Advisor
What you’ll do as our Operational Support Advisor
– Sending out terms of engagement by email and post to applicants.
– Sending out reports that have been completed by our surveyors by email and post.
– Liaise with lenders to ensure cases contain the correct details.
– Use initiative too problem solve.
– Ensure reports are issued within SLA
– Contacting homeowners, using your assertive call handling skills to allocate appointments
– Contacting surveyors, building rapport, and allocating work to them
– Always adhere to company policies.
– Any other duties as assigned by your Line Manager.
Who we’re looking for as our Operational Support Advisor
– Previous experience in an administration role
– Drive and pace
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
– Customer focus
– Attention to detail.
– Good data entry and typing skills.
– Experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
