Responsibilities

:

  • Innovate and drive PS engagement pipeline, that is not directly linked to software sales, and help meet and exceed Professional Services revenue objectives
  • Introduce new approaches to project delivery an identifying new consultancy revenue streams
  • Engage/research external practices/initiatives, and provide feedback to Practices on how some of these might impact the portfolio
  • Help develop PS pipeline and be an active partner to Sales and Client Management in selling / upselling PS to new and existing customers
  • Be passionate about customer success
  • Support the transformation of the services delivery model to be repeatable, prescriptive and outcome oriented, across all Practices and regions
  • Actively participate in early solution design stages, support delivery by being the SME and a sparring partner for a project
  • Accountability for the delivery of foundational solutions (pre-configuration)
  • Engage with Product & Development and advocate on behalf of PS and customers when driving product enhancements, or looking at product fixes
  • Drive Best practices and help align delivery framework to BPs
  • Assist with projects “in trouble” as an SME, help to find “path to green” and help with customer retention
  • Drive best practices in project management and making sure projects and other engagements are delivered consistently to high quality though the application of best practices and standard delivery model
  • Collaborate globally with other Practices to support the best practice adoption and launch of new services
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • A candidate to provide leadership and strategic focus in defining, launching, and driving adoption of new professional service offerings
  • Candidate with passion for bringing technology-enabled services to our customers with strong track in project management or sales of professional services
  • Understanding of team collaboration, mission, vision, and goals as a facilitator for progressive team environments
  • Experienced leader, able to flex leadership style to suit the situation
  • Strong communication skills required to present to various levels of an organisation from C-level to developer, discussing strategic objectives and delivering solutions across a wide array of requirements
  • Understanding of the typical professional services lifecycle, software project delivery
  • Candidates with strong implementation consulting skills who have successfully contributed to Capital Markets or other Financial IT projects for 7+ years will be considered
