You will be working as a part of a team which provides support to vulnerable individuals who need support within the community. Our clients aim is to promote independence by providing them with skills and opportunities to be able to develop and build their own confidence, tackling and targeting addiction which will overall result in individuals, couples and families sustaining a home of their own.

Your role will include performing housing duties to ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the clients which are residing at their service. You will need to carry out health and safety checks daily, hostel checks, maintain relevant admin paperwork and ensure that the building and communal areas are kept clean, safe and tidy.

You will have existing knowledge and experience of supporting vulnerable people with a wide range of issues, such as substance misuse, criminal justice, housing, employment and mental health. Ideally you will have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
