You will be joining a national charity with a track record for looking after their staff (investors in people / best company to work for awards). This is a rewarding role, supporting ex-offenders to gain employment and access support upon release from prison. Based out of 2 probation trusts (typically 3 days in Ipswich and 2 days in Bury St Edmunds). You will work with a caseload of ex-offenders to provide support around employment, needing to ensure they are receiving well rounded support as they re-integrate back into society.
