9am-5pm (flexibility Street Social Care are looking for office based Support Workers for their client based in Huddersfield. This is an office based role – joining a team of support workers that provide day to day support to homeless adults.
Duties will include bur not limited to –
Booking in appointment checks with hostel users
Following up appointments and providing advise and support
Carrying out face-to-face appointments if requested
Updating systems daily with progression and plans of each user
Meeting daily targets
This role is a temporary ongoing role
Shifts Monday -Friday 9am-5pm with flexibility p/h
A current DBS is required for this role
