COMPLEX CARE SUPPORT WORKER- YOUNG ADULT
Location – Various Locations Across North and South Lanarkshire
***A full, current driving license with access to own transport/vehicle is essential***
LOVE Care are looking for experienced and committed Complex Care Support Workers to join our dedicated team working across various clinical settings supporting our young adults with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour support within the North Lanarkshire area.
You will be joining a team to support Complex needs on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis helping our Service User’s an independent and fulfilling life in the comfort of their own home.
You will have previous experience working with people with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, and complex physical health conditions.
You will hold or be actively working towards a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Youll have great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts that may include split shifts, long days, nights, and weekends.
Experience with mental healthcare needs is an advantage.
