Administration Officer

Hours: 37 Hours per week / 52 weeks per year

Salary: Scale Point 14-17, £18,658 – £20,318 gross per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Quality department where we are seeking an experienced administrator to assist us in continuing to build upon our existing practices to support our staff in providing an outstanding educational environment for our learners.

Successful candidates do not need prior experience of working within an education setting, what we are looking for is an experienced administrator who is a team player with excellent organisational skills.

This is a busy and fast-paced environment and we welcome applications from those who are committed to ensuring that we continue to provide a professional, flexible and responsive service. Experienced in Microsoft Office you will have a high degree of accuracy and the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work.

You will have experience of liaising with key stakeholders and you will work closely with fellow quality administrators, academic and support staff in Blackburn College as well as partner organisations to support the College in providing high quality learning opportunities for our students.
