Location: Centenary House, Belfast

Working hours: 35 hours per week (40 hours is full time)

Contract: Fixed Term 6 months

Centenary House is a 68-bed residential Lifehouse accommodating vulnerable homeless men over 18 years of age. We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join us as Administrative Assistant to assist with the smooth running of the centre.

The overall purpose of your role will be to ensure that support is given across all administrative functions and to enable the service to operate successfully. This will include, but not be limited to filing, secretarial duties, data inputting and ordering stocks and supplies are required.

  • Administrative support experience
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in a range of IT Packages
  • Attention to detail and good time management
  • A willingness to leave and a commitment to professional development
  • Knowledge of the support needs of homeless and vulnerable clients (desirable)
