We are recruiting for several Bank – support worker positions. This is an ad-hoc position covering shifts as and when needed. Our services are staffed 24/7, meaning there are a variety of shifts which will be available, including mornings, evenings, weekends and waking nights, to fit around your existing commitments.

The service is located across two sites in Spelthorne. One site caters to single homeless individuals whilst the second site caters to homeless families.

You must be non-judgemental and able to engage positively with customers. Lived experience and/or previous experience working within the homelessness/complex needs sector is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.

The nature of this role means that the post holder will be involved in regulated activity with vulnerable adults. To meet our commitment to providing safe, high quality services to our customers we will complete an enhanced background check with the Disclosure and Barring service, which will include a check of the Adult Barred list, once an offer of employment is made. A new check will be completed every three years.
