Working hours: As and when required to cover annual leave and sickness

We are looking for relief Assistant Support Workers for a residential setting housing men and women who are experiencing homelessness in Swindon.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be based in the busy reception area of the centre and have good administration skills, excellent IT skills, a good telephone manner and good interpersonal skills. A basic awareness of health and safety and a basic understanding of homelessness and the client group would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Applicants should be in sympathy with the needs of the homeless and the mission of The Salvation Army. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with excellent communication and organisational skills.
