Job Summary 
This role is an interesting and varied customer service role working for an international service provider that offers workspace solution to a wide range of clients from sole traders to FTSE 100 companies and this service offering spans across the world. 
In this role you will be fundamental to ensuring these offices run like clockwork. 
 
 Job Role 
You will be responsible for the office`s commercial and non-commercial performance. 
You will manage a small team who in turn support the professionals using the office space. Paramount to all tasks is that the offering includes first class customer service delivery. 
The roles and functions you will manage will include: 

  • Reception duties 
  • Administration support 
  • Facilities  
  • IT Support  

This is just a small list of the variety of services the offices offer. Your role will also include training and development.   
 
Required Skills and Experience  
 
The key skill needed for this role is an ability of offer Customer Service to a variety of clients combined with leadership experience.  
You may currently be managing a team in retail, hospitality or in contact centres or you may be looking for a complete career change however can demonstrate leadership and customer service skills. 
Training will be given if you can demonstrate an understanding of delivering first-class Customer Service.
You will need to have a good command of basic IT packages e.g., MS Office.
