The Recruitment Co are looking for an Administrator to join a small team in Chapeltown – you will be part of an Independent Estate agency that deals with the process of buying and selling properties.

The role would suit someone that is looking for a career change to join a successful company; If you are a people person with customer service skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

Location:

Chapeltown, Sheffield – S35

Pay:

£20,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

The Role:

As an Administrator you will be liaising with candidates to deliver a wide range of services, you will be the first point of call for new and existing clients, ensuring all services are completed in a timely manner.

Main Duties:

– Work towards targets and goals and completing them effectively

– Taking part in property tours for potential clients

– Writing up reports

– Respond to emails within a specific time frame

– Checking and maintaining I.T systems to ensure all information is up to date

– Storage and filing of information

– Liaise with external parties and suppliers to provide third party services

Skills:

– Be able to achieve targets and goals set

– Manage your own workload and work as part of a team

– Be able to communicate effectively

– Attend training sessions and meetings when required

– Prioritise work, chase agents for reports

– Able to support team members when needed

– Conduct own research in to property values and check agents reports
