Pertemps are recruiting for an Accommodations Administrator to work with a Public Sector organisation in West Lothian on a temporary assignment for 3 months processing administration for accommodation bookings and tenancy applications.

Role: Accommodation Administrator
Pay: £12.68 per hour
Location: Livingston Office Based
Assignment: 3 months temporary
Hours: 36hrs per week

Responsibilities
– Management of hotel bookings in West Lothian
– Dealing with customers inc. Hotel staff, internal staff and homeless clients.
– Upkeep of systems in relation to the management of the bookings.
– Procurement tasks associated with hotel bookings and furniture orders for temporary accommodation and utility payments
– Creation of temporary tenancy applications on our housing system

Experience Required
– Competent to a high level is use of Excel/spreadsheet work
– Experience of working in housing needs team
– Experience of management emergency accommodation provision
