The service is looking for an Adnimistrative Assistant

The service provides housing care to homeless people

Administratvie Assistant will
To provide administrative support to the Allerton Housing team
” To be responsible for the delivery of the day to day administration needs of Allerton Support
” To deal with telephone and email enquiries
” To scan, photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
” To schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
” To order and maintain stationery and equipment
” To sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post
” To write letters and assist with producing reports
” To organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
” To manage data and produce documents and presentations
” To create and maintain filing and other office systems
” To develop good working relationships with colleagues
” To work closely with and follow the instructions of the Operations Manager

Experience in all aspects of admin work, IT literature, report handling, handle call, emails, scan, photo-coping, to organise all documents, take part in meetings

Very good admin skill and a good understanding of office work

Salary £25,000 possible increase after probation
