Job Description
We are seeking experienced support workers to work with vulnerable adults in a hostel setting.
The organisation is currently recruiting support workers who can work on a full time/permanent basis, focusing on working with clients in a hostel setting who have a history of homelessness with complex support needs.
You will be expected to provide support to hostel residents, through providing housing management functions, ensuring accommodation rules are understood, report repairs issues and recording resolutions. Enabling tenants to gain life skills, i.e., employment, education or training, budgeting and to enable them to sustain their tenancies.
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
Flexible hours/ days / Nights to fit around your commitments
Candidate Needs:
o Previous experience of supporting homeless clients with multiple and complex support needs is desirable
o An enhanced DBS check registered to the online update service or willing to complete a new one
