We’re looking for empathetic and supportive individuals to join our existing team in our purpose-built offices in Preston Brook. What will you be doing?

You’ll be speaking with customers of one of the UKs largest retail banks, helping those who maybe experiencing financial difficulty. You will build an understanding of their financial situation and provide options and solutions to support them. Ensuring fair outcomes at all times.

This is a permanent role .

35hrs per week on a shift basis

(7 hr shifts between 8am & 8pm Monday to Friday (which may include some Saturdays)

What we are looking for:

  • Individuals confident speaking over the phone, comfortable with asking questions to gain a full understanding of customer’s circumstances.
  • Good attention to detail and familiarity navigating computer systems / software.
