Fixed Term Full Time Maternity Cover and Part Time Permanent – 3 days

We have two exciting opportunities for experienced and motivated Accountancy Professionals to join the family.

The roles are full time on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave and part time permanent 3 days per week. The roles largely remote but could include some travel. A driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential.

The Role

You will be working in partnership with local employers to support their employees through the full apprenticeship programme in accountancy up to Level 4. Utilising your training and coaching skills, you will guide and support learners’ performance and knowledge throughout their training through one-to-one and group sessions.

You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, being an ambassador for us and our offering.

The Individual

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training would be an advantage, but certainly not essential, as full training will be provided.

What we really value is your industry experience of accountancy, and you must be AAT qualified at level 4.
