Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective strategies and test plans
Participate collaboratively with Dev and product teams to define clear requirements and strong acceptance criteria
Design and implement low maintenance, robust, and highly scalable test automation
Implement testing frameworks for CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps
Debug and define corrective actions
Work with both development and product team members to ensure a quality deliverable
Desired skills
Technical
Strong Knowledge of one or more automation tools and frameworks
Experience in design and creation of automation for CI/CD pipelines
Proven ability to design and implement state-of-the-art Automation Tests
Understand the constraints and responsibilities placed on QA by CI/CD and be able to take appropriate decisions as a result
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience working in Agile Methodologies
Soft
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge and experience of financial markets
Demonstrated ability to work in a globally distributed software development team.
Business competencies
Education and experience
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Solid professional technical background
Financial industry experience would be useful but is not essential.
