Salary £43,000-£53,700 (£3000+ Car Allowance) per annum – depending on skills and experience

About the role
You will assist the project team in ensuring progress is achieved in line with the construction programme.
You will assist the management team in maintaining excellent Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
You will be assisting in the Management of multiple trades sub-contractors on site at one time.
You will review Risk Assessments and Method statements for own staff and sub-contractors` operatives ensuring that safe systems of work are followed at all times.
You will be able to read and understand general working drawings and specifications to ensure that the products produced are built to the correct standards

About you
You will have construction background in the housing industry
You must have at least 2 years site construction experience
You will be experienced in Health & Safety and Environmental management practices
You will have or be working towards NVQ Level 4, Degree, HND or similar in Construction.
