Salary –£18,300-20,300per annum – depending on skills and experience

About the role
Your role is part of the Grounds Maintenance team which provides grounds maintenance services across the Group. The post holder will be responsible for carrying out daily grounds maintenance tasks as delegated by the Grounds Maintenance Manager in accordance with policies and adhering to the team risk assessments. The team works closely with several departments including Housing, Commercial, Responsive Maintenance and Empty Homes on a regular basis.
You will have general maintenance of public open spaces (e.g. grass cutting, hedge trimming, clearing leaves and litter).
About you
You must have experience working as a Amenity grounds maintenance operative.
You must hold a full UK driving licence.
You will be able to operate gardening equipment eg, mowers, strimmers, hedgecutters, blowers.
You must have a PA1 &PA6 spraying licence.
You must have knowledge of Manual Handling and Health and Safety Training.
