Swap Product Analyst Position summary
We are seeking a Product Analyst for the SwapOne platform – a full featured Swap lifecycle application that is utilised by both buy and sell side clients.

Duties & accountabilities
Overview – this person will become part of a global team that manages the relationships for the customer base, drives the innovation of our products based on customer input and knowledge of the market and will need to work seamlessly with our development team on deliveries. Due to the size of our team, this person will have no issues with performing a few different roles. Primarily the role will be to focus on covering a client base as well as traditional Business Analyst work of writing a spec. Analysing, specifying, and QA testing changes to the platform will also form part of the duties of the role. The person will need to be able to adapt and prioritize efficiently. Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing existing client relationships
  • Tradition Business Analyst work
  • Demos for existing clients
  • Client Implementation work
  • Business Development
  • Basic application support
  • A background in Synthetics (Portfolio swaps, Total Return Swaps, Contract for Difference “CFD”, etc) is a must.
    Education and experience

  • Commercial experience of swap/ prime brokerage platform within a software house, hedge fund or banking environment or commercial non-swap experience within a financial services organisation
  • Commercial awareness

  • Exposure to or direct experience with a Prime Finance group within a Capital Markets organization
  • Management requirements

  • Management experience not required
