Responsibilities

– Product Requirements – Understand, Analyze, Document and Sign-off Business, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
– Contribute and articulate the vision and strategy to obtain approval from key stake holders including senior management, product management, development and operations teams.
– Participate / lead in project sizing, planning and tracking activities
– Work closely with key stake holders and technology teams to gather and refine product requirements, translate them to actionable technology goals, prioritize and ensure quality of delivery
– Define stories, prioritize and manage the product backlog
– Business and Tech Liaison – Understand business problem / need and communicate to Technology; Understand technology solution against business need and present back to Business
– Assess the impact of change in requirements to the technology systems / infrastructure and ensure changes are documented and communicated in an effective way
– Work with Development and Testing teams during testing cycles to ensure implementation meets requirements. Support testing questions; Route bugs to developers; Coordinate UAT
– Utilise analytical tools to develop workflows, cross functional and process flow diagrams
Supporting Docs – Create Release Notes; User Guide/Process Manuals

Business Competences
Education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Financial or Technical field.
At least 2 years of product management, technology or related experience including enterprise-wide data Initiatives
Proven ability to work with and motivate global teams in diverse and complex organization to deliver quality results on time
Proven background in Product Management in the Financial Services/Financial Technology Industries.
Experience understanding and gathering product requirements.
Experience of working with development methodologies like Agile, Kanban.
Understanding of full software development lifecycle.
Technical Project management (TPM) and Program management experience.
Extensive experience of working on mission critical systems.
Knowledge of Networks, Database, Storage, Management Systems, services frameworks, cloud technologies
