About the role – Behaviour mentor – Croydon This is an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to work with students who have either SEN, ASD or SEMH needs. It’s a rewarding job, you’ll be Behaviour Mentor who is showing students how to be a positive role model. This individual will need to be enthusiastic and have passion to support children with their specific needs. It’s important as a Behaviour Mentor you show empathy and support toward the students. Experience of working with children with SEN, ASD or SEMH is desirable. If you have experience as a Behaviour Mentor or working with challenging behaviour that would be great – as you will need to be fast pace with the children when challenging behaviour situations arrives.
