About the role

You will bedeveloping and updating the Hall Green NNS asset register.

You will be mapping and engaging with community groups and services.

You will be developing contacts, links and relationships between locality social work teams and community assets.

You will be increasing young adults` engagement; working with others to improve access and services, identify gaps in provision, and share learning.

About you

You will need to have experience of community mapping, outreach engagement or community work.

You will need to have experience of working in a multi-cultural setting.

You need to have experience of motivating people .

You need to have experience of running a community/social action project

You must have the ability to be pro-active and solution focused on the gathering of relevant information from a variety of sources to enable good decision to be taken.

You must have awareness of inclusion & diversity issues & the implications for different people.
