About the role – Behaviour mentor – Bexley This is an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to work with students who have either SEN, ASD or SEMH needs. It’s a rewarding job, you’ll be Behaviour Mentor who is showing students how to be a positive role model. This individual will need to be enthusiastic and have passion to support children with their specific needs It’s important as a Behaviour Mentor you have patience and empathy. Experience of working with children with SEN, ASD or SEMH is desirable. If you have experience as a Behaviour Mentor or working with challenging behaviour that would be great. If you’re a quick leaner that works well under pressure this could be the perfect role for you!
