Role Details:

  • Full Time- 37 Hours per week
  • £22,000- £26,000 Salary
  • Fixed Term, Maternity Cover

Role Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery : Training delivery involves imparting information to Participants in an interesting, engaging and empowering manner, to meet the Participants needs and learning styles. It also involves continuous reinforcement of learning outcomes and monitoring the understanding/development of Participants through appropriate assessments, as well as providing positive reinforcement and recognition.
  • Training Planning & Marketing : Employment & Skills Trainers promote their products either internally to the operational team or externally to Employers. They identify and acknowledge the needs of Learners and/or external stakeholders (e.g. employers, educational establishments etc.) This may be achieved by establishing appropriateness of Learners at the beginning of the course and/or by liaising with Employment Advisers/Employers and referring to individuals, Action Plans, Learner interviews and inductions
  • Administration : Administration involves maintaining rigorous and accurate records throughout the training process, and archiving records for inspections and audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuous Improvement involves keeping own knowledge up to date e.g., knowledge of product/external training providers as well as participating in ad-hoc design work. It also involves sharing best practice, participating in observations, Continual Professional Development, Evaluation of Service and Quality Improvement.
