Salary – £18,300 – £19,000 pro rota – depending on skills and experience

Contract type – Fixed Term – March 2023 (view to extend for 2 years)

Working hours – Part Time – 30 hours

About the role

We are now recruiting for a Support Worker on a part time, contract basis.

You will need to undertake early help and programme management support functions to an excellent standard, including internal and external communications, family and professional liaison, reporting, case management administration, invoicing, minuting of key meeting minutes, directory management, signposting, and helpline cover.

You need to provide a friendly, responsive and customer orientated service, having regard to the Associations policies and procedures and the early help framework of Birmingham Children`s Partnership. To respect client confidentiality, safeguarding and data protection at all times.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you

You need to have excellent customer service skills.

You must have experience of managing competing administration demands.

You need to be able to conduct a good standard for audit purposes.

You need to be able to make effective, balanced & participatory decisions.

You must have the ability to be pro-active and solution focused in gather relevant information from a variety of sources to enable good decision to be taken.
