This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant. Candidates with experience in the youth and care sectors will also be considered.
Furthermore, if you are a Psychology or Criminology Graduate. This is an excellent use of your degree!
What qualities do I need to succeed?
Passionate about supporting vulnerable children to reach their potential
Personal experience of SEN would be desired
High levels of empathy and compassion
An ability to build rapport and trust with pupils
Strong behaviour management skills
