AL594: Administrator Location: Bath Salary: Up to £22,000 Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Curriculum Administrator on behalf of one of our clients.To ensure accurate and timely administrative support for the department and to undertake key administrative functions to support the wider College teams.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure suppliers have valid accounts with the College.
  • Set up accounts for new suppliers.
  • Process orders requested by staff and leaders.
  • Obtain authorisation from account holders.
  • Quality check goods in and dispatch orders when necessary.
  • Maintain records of orders raised.
  • Report monthly to Quality & Performance Manager on budget spending in order to support effective budget control.
  • Distribute and deliver mail across designated departments.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support attendance monitoring when required.
  • Attend, participate and take minutes in department meetings and briefings ensuring these are collated on MS Teams.
  • Produce college certificates for students where applicable.
  • Carry out administration for staff development activities.
  • Be responsible for collating and monitoring the completion of key forms and documentation.
