London Insurance Market Broker – Insurance Software – London – £50K p/a

Our digital Insurance Software Platform client now has an exciting new opportunity for a career change into becoming a QA Tester. A London Insurance Market Broker who is looking to steer their career into the Tech space, with excellent knowledge of the London Insurance Market. The London Insurance Market Broker will receive full training into becoming a QA Tester to support the business in continuing to provide excellent quality software to an ever-growing customer base.

The QA Tester will have strong experience working within the London Insurance Market to provide top quality software and system testing, strong software testing experience is key for this role.

Key Requirements:

  • Conducting Testing using both Browse and iOS apps
  • End-to-end testing of an existing functionality that is not yet incorporated into automated test scrips
  • Validating, raising and discussing issues to define their validity and determine whether they are regression or pre-existing keeping in compliance with business guidelines
  • Initial testing of new functionality following first release from development
  • Scripted end-to-end testing of new functionality
  • Mentoring Junior team member as required
  • UX testing experience or knowledge
  • Communicating with other teams (BA’, QA’s, Head of Customer Experience)
  • Strong experience and knowledge of the London Insurance Market
  • Degree or a similar qualification including Testing qualifications

    • Salary: £50k per annum
    Location: Hybrid – Remote/London Office 1 day a week
