Salary – £29,800- £35,800 (+£750 Car Allowance) per annum – depending on skills and experience

About the role
You will provide an excellent level of customer service to residents, focussing on sustaining tenancies, as well as maximising GreenSquareAccord Limited`s income stream and other charges, in accordance with our policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for arrears management and recovery within a defined patch, with a mixture of tenures.
You will have an up-to-date knowledge of the welfare benefits system, and wider related issues.
You will undertake home visits to residents.
You will prepare paperwork and present cases in court, with or without legal representation, and attendance at evictions.
You will be responsible for up to date and effective and accurate record keeping, following Data Protection protocols.
You will be working with and develop excellent working relationships with our partner agencies, including but not limited to local authority departments and the DWP.

About you
You must have 12-month min experience in income management and rent arrears.
You will need experience of DIY possession proceedings and presenting cases in court.
You will have excellent communication skills, with an ability to deal empathetically and effectively with vulnerable residents and difficult situations.
You must have experience of working to targets and in a busy, ever-changing environment.
You will be able to demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service.
