Social Partnership Lead – Remote

More about the role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a plan for increasing Compass scale/scope of outreach and inclusion opportunities for those facing barriers to employment – including people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, ex-offenders, care-leavers, and the homeless.
  • Review existing social/charity partners including Sector-led and identify new partners where needed.
  • Build and manage ongoing relationships with key partners
  • Work with the business and recruiters to educate and engage key stakeholders in outreach activity and secure appropriate placements for individuals.
  • Ensure a support model is in place for candidate and host managers/teams.
  • Work with the government and other relevant funding bodies/agencies to ensure we are accessing available support and investment.
  • Set up and manage the Colleague Volunteering Programme
  • Set up and manage tracking and reporting of this activity in line with the Social Promise Scorecard
  • Build and manage team to support as/when scale requires – including recruiters/data coordinator.
  • Who you are:

    Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in community outreach, charity or government employment schemes is preferred
  • Recruitment experience working within an NEPT/DWP/Welfare Placement environment
  • Experience of community/government funding and/or training programmes
  • Experience in managing a medium/large candidate caseload
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Can establish and manage reporting and tracking systems to ensure delivery and compliance with partnership requirements
