Portfolio PMO (Short) Description :

  • Responsible for collating a single cross-OSTTRA view of all material programme deliveries This view will capture the following Status Costs/benefits RAID Resourcing/Capacity OSTTRA Portfolio Roadmap (a summary of the Pillar roadmaps)
  • There will be times where the Portfolio PMO will also need to support individual Pillars in a PMO capacity Conducting deep-dive analysis to shape the reporting for that pillar Running governance Creating appropriate materials
