Responsibilities

:

  • Customer-facing role – managing customer enquiries and requests
  • Helping clients understand how our solutions work
  • Proactive customer management to identify industry trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Support Sales in both identifying and retaining customer relationships
  • Foster collaboration and continued product improvement with the development team
  • Assist in developing advanced product-focused expertise in the team
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Candidate to be degree educated. Finance, Economics or Computer Sciences are preferred
  • Working knowledge of SFTR is preferable
  • Relevant experience in the securities finance sector, in particular stock lending, repo or trade reporting desirable
  • Strong analytical skills – the ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting business analysis, working with clients to understand their requirements, and working with regulatory bodies to discuss our clients’ needs
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Ability to listen, learn quickly and demonstrate initiative
  • Good attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Must be an excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to easily adapt communication style in different situations
  • Committed to high quality output
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, confident and a team player. The ability to adjust to shifting priorities is a must
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
