Working as a New Homes Sales Consultant could be for you if:

– you are a natural ‘people person’; approachable, confident, communicative and well-presented.

– you are passionate about property, be it from previous experience in agency or knowledge of buying a new home.

– you have additional responsibilities and/or goals that would benefit from an additional stream of income.

– you live in or around the Greater London area.

What does it entail?

Shifts are typically 10 – 6pm, based in a marketing suite. You will need to be confident talking to any new registrants over the phone and taking bookings.

You may even conduct viewings via the show home, and take a lead in selling homes via a floor-plan and/or models.

Temping is also a brilliant way to transition into a permanent role in New Homes, build up your experience and widen your network of contacts in this field.
