Technical Business AnalystWithin the Software Solutions division, the Business Analyst works within the Product development team and is responsible for defining requirements for feature enhancements, roadmap prioritization, and support of new and existing customers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong interest in problem solving, analysis of data & processes, and defining & improving product design. An ability to communicate effectively across different teams within the organization as well as with customers, stakeholders and senior organization representatives is required.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Understanding & defining feature requirements as the inputs for product enhancements
  • Collaboration across business lines and technical teams to understand the product use case
  • Working within the Product development team to achieve shared goals and deliverables
  • Interact with internal & external stakeholders displaying a firm grasp on product functionality
  • Collaborate with business team peers, Development and QA teams to design additional feature enhancements
  • Define business logic with a firm understanding of technical design
  • Ensure product documentation is updated and maintained
  • Cross organization collaboration with Customer Support teams to transition product knowledge and understanding – work with customers where needed to answer complex problems
