Job summary

The homeless hub is excited to be able to offer a secondment opportunity for the Team Manager position within the Manchester Mental Health and Homeless Team. Please ensure that you have approval from your current line manager and a quick release period could be negotiated.

The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, leadership and development of the city-wide Homeless Mental Health Team which is an integrated, flexible, user-focussed and recovery-orientated service.

The post holder will deliver a safe, effective, and high quality service and ensure delivery to the relevant clinical pathways as outlined within the Homeless Mental Health Team operational procedure and wider system pathways.

There will be an expected participation as a member of the Community Services Management Team in the overall management of community based secondary mental health services.

This role is untill 31st March 2023
