Your new company
You will be working for a homeless charity who provide semi-independent living accommodation to individuals with multiple needs such as health issues, substance misuse and those who have previously been convicted. The charity offer these individuals an opportunity to restart their life through a better lifestyle and gateways back into the communities.

Your new role
As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for managing the referrals process by assessing the initially applicants before inviting them for an interview to which you will conduct an housing assessment and risk assessment to their tenancy agreement before they move into residence. You will then be responsible for the upkeep of their tenants compliance with quarterly updates.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be Successful in being offered the role, you will have prior experience of managing the referral process and conducting the relevant checks professionally and efficiently to reduce the void properties, allowing as many people at risk of homelessness access to residency to aid in the reduction of homelessness.

What you’ll get in return
This is a Temporary to Permanent or a straight permanent position depending on your availability/notice period. This role will require some travel which will be expenses but it is largely a working from home role. Full training and induction will be provided along with a salary between £22683 – £25850 depending on your location.
