    A successful family owned business based in the heart of central Bristol that has run for over 30 years . The company has an excellent reputation in their sector and is highly regarded. They work in the building and housing sector and a significant part their work involves placing homeless people in safe, secure and comfortable emergency housing until they can be placed in longer term permanent accommodation. As a result, they work very closely with the local council and also many other organisations who assist people with housing needs.

    Although they have a relatively small headcount with 40 employees, they are, never the less, an extremely busy company.

    Job Description

    HR Manager The key duties and responsibilities associated with this role are as follows: –

    * Recruitment, Induction and onboarding of employees

    * Issuing of all offer letters and contracts

    * Maintaining all H.R and Training Records.

    * Managing all employee relations issues.

    * Ensuring all H.R policies and procedures are correct and up to date.

    * Dealing with all H.R queries.

    * Managing employee sickness, absences and holidays

    * Ensuring that performance appraisals are conducted by line managers in a timely manner and that performance is managed appropriately.

    * Bachelor’s (required)

    Experience:

    * HR: 5 years (required)

    * Generalist H.R: 5 years (required)
