Brook Street Social Care are currently looking for committed, hardworking experienced Resettlement Worker to work in an all-woman’s Homeless Hostel for adults with complex needs in West London.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
” Conduct regular reviews of Support Plans and risk assessments.
” To be active as a member of the Resettlement Team, demonstrating and encouraging participation in team meetings and in the overall objectives and life of the team.
” Contribute to the accurate and timely communication with referral agencies in relation to vacancies and referral status.
” Contribute to ensuring maximum revenue collection for the service users within the Project by managing the following:
– timely application of all welfare benefit and financial support
– awareness of benefit changes and eligibility
– awareness of how employment can affect benefit awards.

The Successful Candidate for the role:
Experience working in a hostel setting as a Resettlement Worker and be willing to work supporting women with low to medium needs Conducting regular reviews of Support Plans and risk assessments. The ability to keep calm under pressure.
