Through the expansion of the Acute Physician team we are now looking to recruit an additional three Consultants into our friendly, dynamic and enthusiastic team of Acute Physicians.

Main duties of the job

This opportunity has arisen as the department prepares itself for the opening of the new £47 million emergency department at Scarborough Hospital. This in turn will allow Scarborough to put in place the AMM service delivery model, which is seen as being at the forefront of acute medicine nationally, with acute services being delivered across ED, SDEC and AMU seven days per week.
