Night Relief Support Worker

A very well-known Social Housing Charity is looking for a Night Support Worker on a relief basis in Bath area. The aim is to provide a wide range of support to homeless people making the project a safe and secure place of personal development.

To be successful in this role, empathy, interpersonal skills and sensitivity to appreciate how everyday housing issues impact on quality of life is essential. You will also have excellent communication skills and organisational skills to deal with a range of issues. This role will require approachable, patient and pro-active individuals who are passionate about the sector and will be able to provide appropriate service, individual to the client’s needs.

A current DBS check would be beneficial, but this is something that can be processed by BRC if it’s not applicable.
