Milk Education are searching for Sport Coaches looking to place their transferrable skills into a school! If you have experience coaching young children/adults with sports, you may be a perfect fit for our Cover Supervisor or general classroom assistant role. Key Responsibilities:
– Supporting the class teacher on a daily basis with what tasks they require you to undertake
– Build a positive and supportive relationship with all students, colleagues and parents
– Use your initiative and uphold strong behaviour management
– Supporting groups of students and working on a one-to-one basis
– Adapting your support style to suit all individual needs
In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria:
– Strong English and Maths Skills
– Previous experience of volunteering or working with Children/Young Adults in the past 5 years
– Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
– Two suitable references covering the last 2 years
– Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
